Creative Computing switches to blog style Retail Newsletter

A story in this first newsletter of 2009 has to be an apology. It has been over a year since we last sent out a newsletter. It is not that there hasn’t been retail news to report, there has. It has not been because we did not have ideas on how to run your business better with Retail Business Software, we have. But we been talking to you, our customers in person, via phone or by email. But we knew online things were slipping through the cracks and not creating a unified Internet presence with more email and website contact was a big one.

In the past the Creative Computing Retail News Newsletter called Retales was sent out on a monthly basis. Unfortunately we had a pulling of employee resources from the upkeep of the mailing list, the collection and writing of Retail stories, and difficulty with adding the content to our main website . We think we have fixed these problems.

Thanks again for subscribing to the newsletter and we hope you like the new format and the online access point to all new and past newsletters. If you know any other business owners that may be interested in the articles, you can point them to the website as well. The content is free and will be for the foreseeable future. :)
